Real Estate Rumble
Cynthia Campbell graces us with her presence and sheds some light on various water related issues in the state of Arizona. She is the Phoenix Water Resources Management Advisor and is the city’s liaison with the state of Arizona Central Arizona Project and various other organizations on water resource issues. I call my friend and realtor, broker Cindy Sessions (who also owns a consulting business that specializes in commercial and residential plan review, building inspections and permit techs) and I have her ask Cynthia some questions that she's been pondering about monitors/meters on public water supplies. Stay tuned until the end where we touch on the Rio Verde situation and discuss what perhaps should have happened way back when this land was sold prior to being built on. Bottom line - realtors guard yourself with information if you are in a transaction involving any kind of land with or without water access.
