He has held leadership roles, including serving as president of a mortgage banking company, and has worked with major institutions like City National Bank. Over the years, he has also partnered with life insurance providers such as MONY and New England Companies, helping individuals and businesses secure insurance benefits. Currently, Raymond is a principal at Lavine LTC Benefits, where he focuses on long-term care insurance solutions for individuals, families, and organizations. His passion for this work is deeply personal—shaped by his parents’ experiences with long-term care, which highlighted both the necessity and value of having a plan in place. His expertise has been featured on television programs like Moving America Forward and across various podcasts. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Raymond is a decorated U.S. Army veteran who served with the 82nd Airborne Division and the 173rd Airborne Brigade in Vietnam. His honors include the Purple Heart, Bronze Star, Air Medal, and Combat Infantry Badge. He continues to develop his skills through advanced negotiation training with the Black Swan Group and maintains a strong interest in history and biography. Why Military Experience Matters?
