Damian is an international speaker, author, professor at Manchester Metropolitan University and he runs an AMAZING podcast called High Performance, along with Jake Humphries.  Damian and Jake have had the opportunity to welcome some REALLY interesting guests on to their podcast. They talk about recent running efforts at the weekend - Jacob came close to dropping out and Seb managed one of his best Junior Parkrun runs to date. Chris and Lisa then discuss their next challenge.
