Hope is an essential element to life, but it can be hard to hang onto in the constantly changing situations of life. Even so, it is in our survival nature to look for “a light at the end of the tunnel”. So, what is the secret to hanging on when we’re constantly disappointed in the darkness? How can we see the stars of hope peeping through the darkness of the night sky? How can we cultivate hope that sustains us and allows us to carry that light to others?
