#27 - (Architect) Jed Long

Jed is an Australian Architect originally from Sydney and now living in Indonesia. He is a specialist in Bamboo and it's use as a construction material. Jed's experience is particularly interesting to me as he has worked across many different aspects of construction with this material and his team is now creating traditional construction materials using bamboo. This episode was recorded after Jed introduced me to Stand Up Paddleboarding!

#26 - Ceasar Fields

Ceasar is a legend. His personality is larger than life. Ceasar is one of the greatest natural leaders I've ever been around. He's endured many challenges and has risen to the top in a challenging industry. Ceasar was and still is a stud athlete. He was a star basketball player and after many years is still able to out jump, out run, and out work youngsters half his age. I'm proud to call Ceasar a friend and comrade in this wild ride!

Zach Ingold is a 2014 US Naval Academy Graduate with 9 years service for the United States Navy, currently serving as Chief Engineer on the USS San Antonio (LPD17). He was a competitor on the swim team during his time at the academy and is now a proud husband and father of 2. He and I met as members of the Comfort Disease Support Group - a global group of hard chargers fighting the natural draw of comfort in laziness and excuses and keeping each other accountable amidst the challenges of life.
