Rest and Resonance
This guided Yoga Nidra practice is an invitation to gently come back home to yourself. Through breath, awareness, and deep rest, we’ll create space for your body to soften, your mind to quiet, and your heart to realign. Before we begin, take a moment to set yourself up for true comfort. Find a cozy spot where you can fully relax - your bed, a couch, or the floor. Support your head, place a pillow or blanket under your knees to release tension in your low back, and cover yourself with a blanket. Your body temperature naturally drops as you settle into stillness, so the cozier, the better. Once you’re settled, there’s nothing to do and nowhere to go. Simply press play, get comfortable… and allow yourself to be guided into a state of deep, nourishing rest.
