In this episode, I explore what it means to release control and return to presence—and why so many of us feel stuck even when we desire flow. We often say we want ease and alignment, but underneath that desire is a subtle attachment to outcomes and a constant need to fix or solve what is happening. This keeps us out of the moment. The Hidden Pattern of Control Control doesn’t always look obvious. It can show up as: overthinking analyzing every experience needing things to make sense immediately constantly looking for what needs to be fixed This pulls us into the mind and out of the body. Instead of living the experience, we begin observing and judging it. Why Attachment to Outcomes Keeps You Stuck When we are attached to outcomes: we measure the moment instead of living it we leave the present and move into future projections we disconnect from our natural flow The more we try to control what is happening, the less we are actually in it. Experiencing Life vs. Analyzing Life There is a difference between: being inside an experience and watching it from the outside When we are fully present, we feel, move, and respond naturally. When we are in the mind, we: replay the moment create stories spiral into “what ifs” This is where disconnection begins. The Spiral: How We Leave the Moment When something unexpected happens: the nervous system activates the mind tries to interpret and control we enter overthinking and emotional spirals Instead of staying in the experience, we move into the story about it. And that story pulls us further away from ourselves. A Personal Experience with Letting Go In this episode, I share a personal story about a recent trip that challenged my patterns of control and overthinking. By allowing myself to feel the discomfort instead of trying to fix it, I was able to: soften the spiral reconnect with my body open to deeper presence and joy This experience became a portal for expansion rather than something to solve. Moving Without Validation as a New Earth Builder In this episode, I explore what it means to trust yourself without external validation—and how to continue moving forward even when there is no visible proof that what you are doing is working. For many people on the awakening path, this is one of the most challenging phases. You are creating something new. Something that doesn’t yet exist in the physical world. And because of that, external validation may not be available. The Conditioning to Seek Approval From a young age, we are taught to look outside of ourselves for: results recognition feedback approval We are conditioned to believe that these things determine whether we are on the “right” path. But external validation is often inconsistent, delayed, or completely absent. It is not the source of truth. Scarcity Within Self At the root of validation-seeking is often a deeper pattern: scarcity of self-trust scarcity of belief scarcity of internal safety When we do not feel these things within ourselves, we naturally reach outside of ourselves to find them. Validation-seeking is often just a symptom of not fully trusting yourself yet. Why Lack of Validation Doesn’t Mean Misalignment Just because something is not being reflected back to you yet… does not mean it isn’t working. In many cases, you are simply ahead of what the external world can currently reflect. When you are building something new—something aligned with a different frequency—there may be no existing proof. If the Light Has Already Won… One of the questions that came through in this transmission is: If the light has already won, how would you move differently? Would you wait for proof? Would you hesitate? Would you seek approval? Or would you continue moving forward, trusting that what is meant for you is already unfolding? Detaching from External Proof External validation is not reliable. It can: come late fluctuate or not appear at all But your inner knowing is constant. When you shift from seeking validation to trusting your inner voice, you begin to move differently: with more freedom with more creativity with more alignment The Truth About Transformation One of the most potent messages in this episode is: Sometimes we must go through the experience to access the feelings that elicit change. Transformation is not something we think our way into. It is something we feel, live, and move through. You don’t feel confident until you act without validation. You don’t feel safe until you hold yourself in uncertainty. You don’t feel aligned until you experience both alignment and misalignment. The Role of Experience in Awakening Experiences that appear to “fail” externally may actually be serving a deeper purpose internally. Reframing Loneliness as Sacred Solitude In this episode, I explore a new way of understanding loneliness—not as something to fix, but as an invitation into deeper connection with yourself. For many people on the awakening path, loneliness arises when external validation, relationships, or familiar identities begin to fall away. But what if this isn’t a loss? What if it’s a recalibration? The Difference Between Loneliness and Solitude Loneliness often comes from disconnection from self. It happens when we are sourcing our sense of safety, belonging, or identity from outside of ourselves—and those external sources are no longer available. Solitude, on the other hand, is connection. It is being alone with yourself, your body, your inner voice, and source. Why External Validation Creates Disconnection When we rely on others for validation, companionship, or direction, we lose touch with our own internal guidance. When those supports fall away, it can feel like something is wrong. But in reality, this is often the moment where we are being asked to begin self-sourcing. The War for Your Attention Our modern world runs on the attention economy. News cycles, social media, and constant information streams are all competing for your focus. But when we “pay attention,” we are literally spending energy. If enough people pour attention into fear and outrage, those frequencies strengthen and continue to dominate the collective experience. The Collective Attention Grid During a recent Inner Voice session, I was shown a powerful vision of our current reality as a collective attention grid. Each human acts like a node in a power station, feeding the system with attention, belief, and emotional energy. The more people who focus on the noise, the stronger the grid becomes. But we also have the power to disconnect. Calling Your Power Back Calling your power back begins by reclaiming your attention. When you unplug from the attention marketplace and redirect your energy inward, that energy becomes available for something else: creation. Instead of feeding systems you don’t believe in, you begin building the reality you came here to help create. Discernment and Spiritual Sovereignty As we do the inner work of transmuting old wounds and conditioning, our discernment becomes stronger. We begin to feel what is truth and what is manipulation. We stop outsourcing our authority to external systems and reconnect with our inner voice. This is the foundation of spiritual sovereignty. Why Fighting the Problem Strengthens It One of the insights that came through in this transmission is that constantly shouting at problems can actually amplify them. When we give sustained attention to something—even if we oppose it—we are still feeding energy into that system. Real transformation happens when we shift our attention toward solutions, creation, and the future we want to build.
