Documentation is usually the last thing anyone has time for, its perpetually on the "to do" list, and its often the task that most often gets pushed or deprioritized.  If this is you STOP and listen - You need to make consistent documentation of tools and processes part of the culture fabric of your team & company.  Documentation has to be INTENTIONAL!  These are living knowledge repositories that become the single source of truth for all the collective knowledge a company creates. Not only does good documentation allow for existing team members to find their own answers quickly, it allows for new team members to onboard faster, and provides for better asynchronous work across time zones. In today's session, we're going to talk about how to get started with documentation, why it matters, who should be responsible for it, and how it will drastically impact (in a positive way) as companies scale.
