Set firm availability boundaries: Protect your mental health by limiting constant communication on platforms like Slack or email during off-hours. Prioritize non-negotiable rhythms: Make time for physical and spiritual well-being, such as a morning gym routine or taking a full day off to unplug (a Sabbath). Aim to be 1% better every day: Building something meaningful takes time and patience, requiring what she calls a "long obedience in the same direction".
