Faryon learns she is not responsible for her mother’s death and convinces a world expert on diagnosing consciousness to test Garage. She’s finally able to answer the question she had when she first met Garage - is he still in there?
Episode 5: The nursing home director contacts Garage’s family to break the news of his medical condition. Faryon travels to Ohio to learn what led Garage to the California desert in the summer of 1999. Garage celebrates his birthday for the first time in 17 years.
