This guided meditation is the companion to our previous episode on why things can feel uncomfortable just as they start going well. Because for many women, it’s not only struggle that feels hard to hold, it’s goodness; moments of calm, ease with food, sense of stability. And just as those moments arrive, something inside can tighten, question, or pull away. This meditation is an invitation to gently shift this pattern from the inside. Through grounding, body awareness, and parts-informed reflection, you’ll be guided to notice moments of ease, lean toward them safely and begin expanding your capacity to stay with what feels good. Inside this meditation, you’ll: * Ground your body and connect with a sense of support * Notice subtle moments of calm or ease in your experience * Gently lean toward those moments without force * Meet the parts who feel cautious when things are going well * Build your capacity to stay with goodness, one breath at a time. This practice isn’t about creating more positivity. It’s about helping your system learn that it’s safe to experience what’s already here. Because when your body feels safe with goodness, you no longer need to pull yourself back into those old patterns.
