Bram de Hoog is on an continuous journey of curiosity in the world of coffee. For the last seven years he has travelled around the coffee producing world and connected with hundreds of producers working for Ally Coffee as buyer and sourcing manager. In his work, he pursued the objective of co-creating and sharing value with all supply chain actors, successfully growing a network of mutual benefit and exponential growth around the world. After five years with Ally Coffee, Bram has now moved back to his homeland in Europe to continue the journey of curiosity and take a deep dive in the world of coffee roasting. With Bram's experience as a green coffee buyer, he counts multiple stories and challenges he's faced professionally and has experienced on a systemic level across the industry. We'll discuss those challenges, his approach to tackling these challenges, and Bram's next moves as a coffee professional.
