Descripción

In episode 3, Ross Hemsworth discusses reaching state pension age in the UK and how anyone can survive on it if they don't or can't work, don't own a property or have any savings. Ross also discusses how many believe that the state pension will not exist for very much longer and how this may affect those who still believe they can rely on it in old age. Also in this episode, Ross discusses how he recently submitted a Freedom of Information request to the Treasury, and asked where all our National Insurance (NI) contributions actually go, and is it true that various governments 'borrow' from the fund. He reads out their response in this episode of the show. It makes VERY interesting listening. There are also comments from some of the show's regular listeners. Just Sayin' (Episode 1 - Rage and Anger)

Ross Hemsworth [https://www.rosshemsworth.co.uk]is a former TV and radio chat show host and is well known for the occasional rant! (Usually finished with #JustSayin') Ross is Just Sayin' is a brand new podcast series, looking at the matters that grind his gears from week to week, such as bad government decision making, bad drivers, road rage, hypocrites on social media etc. etc. Episode 1 is about the seeming increase in anger and rage in the UK since the 2020 lockdown. Ross looks into why drivers are attacking each other, why shop staff are being threatened and assaulted and whether there is indeed, a connection. He takes the views of some of his many social media followers and looks at some research that appears to back-up his thoughts. But what do YOU think?
