Descripción

God has gifted us with Repentance. Guilt and Shame are our enemies especially knowing we have victory in Jesus. The bible says "we all fall" short meaning it is not a surprise that we will have falling short moments however in those moments will we run away from God or towards him despite? I had to learn that coming to God with my sin and repenting of it is the freedom he wants for us. Freedom from the burden of shame that rots us from the inside. He is the only one who can forgive and wash us clean, and he wants to do that for us...for you! Staying away from God is detrimental but God graciously invites us to come so he can restore us back to him. Will you run? or Come back to your Father?

Season 1 | EP 3: Doubt, Sacrifice & Submission

Having doubts can have a negative connotation as a believer. However, God welcomes our doubts and does not chasten us for them. He uses our doubts as opportunities for us to grow in faith. Our doubts are indicators that our faith has reached a point of needed expansion. We have questions and desire to know and understand God more personally. The true question is how do we respond in moments of doubt? There indeed is a correct way, and it is bringing all your doubts to the feet of Jesus. Jesus doesn't leave us in our doubts but responds in a way that not only informs us but develops a deeper-rooted faith within us when we come to him with an open heart and mind. This requires us to be willing to sacrifice if asked by God, holding onto nothing that taints the process of revelation. I encourage you to allow God full access with complete submission to truly be transformed by his Holiness and as the Bible explains the answers you seek, you will find. Matthew 7:7-8 “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened."

Season 1 | EP 5: Growing With Grace (Season Finale)

As Season 1 of SavedByGracePod comes to an end, I want to encourage you to embrace the process of growth no matter what it looks like. Embrace that you are becoming who God intended you to be but be gracious and kind with yourself. This year has been a year of immense growth for me. What will this new upcoming year look like for you? How will it be different from this year? What have you learned that you can carry into the new year? In drawing near to Christ, he never leaves us in a depraved or broken state. Growth is essential in a believer's life as we are continually going through a purification and sanctification process. Although it can be hard sometimes, God is so merciful and gracious that it should produce gratitude which in turn evokes praise and worship. We often tend to pay attention to how others affect us in the growth process, but I want to challenge you to start with you. Change should begin with you, and you'll see more progress. Learn your strengths and weaknesses, what keeps you motivated and what hinders you? What good and bad habits do you have? What adjustments need to be made and how may you be triggering yourself? Try a new routine...finally make the decision...stop just planning and finally take those steps. Also, keep God at the center of it. Trust him to work things out and embrace whatever it looks like according to him. The best you desire is exactly what he gives. Lastly, Thank you to everyone who's encouraged me on this journey and have been a part of it. I wish you all a Happy Holiday and New Year. I'm rooting for you all and excited for what the Lord will do in 2024. Stay Blessed!
