I’m deeply passionate about empowering women in business to step up with confidence, speak out with clarity, and be seen for who they truly are. I founded The Speak and Shine Collection, a platform and community designed to help women take the stage, share their voice, and create powerful visual assets that elevate their speaking careers. What began as a platform has grown into a movement — one built on visibility, opportunity, and connection, with women uplifting each other every step of the way. Before launching my own business, I spent more than two decades at Marks & Spencer Plc, leading Visual Merchandising across Central Europe as part of the International Group. That experience shaped my understanding of visual branding, audience impact, and the power of showing up fully. Now, I blend my creative eye, strategic insight, and passion for women’s empowerment to help my clients move from unseen and unheard to truly unstoppable. CIC, a UK Community Interest Company breaking the cycle of shame and period poverty that keeps girls out of school and steals their futures. For eight years she has partnered with Kenyan charities to deliver menstrual health education and reusable period products in rural and slum communities, engaging boys and girls together to dismantle stigma at its root. Her work addresses a devastating chain: missed school days leading to dropout, early pregnancy, early marriage, and increased health risks including HIV. Reusable period products are not just a practical solution. They are the equity girls living in poverty need to stay in school. Without them, menstruation becomes a monthly barrier to education, opportunity, and the right to a future. By breaking the silence around period poverty and shame, and pairing dignified period products with body literacy education for both genders, Anne gives young women the tools to rewrite their stories and fulfill their ambitions. A champion for gender equality and inclusion, Anne is also a tennis coach who runs an inclusive weekly programme for adolescents and young adults with learning, physical, and sensory disabilities. As EDI Trustee on the Board of Middlesex Tennis, she champions her "Ability Not Disability" ethos.
