Mr. Muras has more than 25 years of business and leadership experience serving BAE Systems for over 20 years. Prior to BAE Systems, Andrew was Vice President of Engineering and Consulting for MEVATEC Corporation.  He earned a Bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Master's in systems engineering from Virginia Tech.  We talk about how BAE Systems implemented a unique case-based learning program to enable the organization to improve and drive better strategy implementation.
