Jay Blakesberg is a San Francisco-based photographer, filmmaker and public speaker. He is best known for his music photography beginning in 1978. Jay has worked with many legendary artists including the Grateful Dead, Neil Young, Carlos Santana, Tom Waits, Red Hot Chili Peppers and the Flaming Lips to name a few. Jay’s work has been published in 1000’s of magazines worldwide, in books, and many documentary films. From Steve: "According to Wikipedia, Steve Poltz (me) is a Canadian-American singer-songwriter and guitarist. He is a founding member of the indie-rock band the Rugburns and collaborated on several songs with singer Jewel, including the 1996 single "You Were Meant for Me", which reached number 2 in the US."
