Seeds & Bones
Welcome to Seeds & Bones - a seasonal podcast exploring food, land, and belonging through the cycles of the year. In this first episode, recorded at the Spring Equinox, we begin at a threshold moment - when light and dark meet in balance, and the first seeds of the year are planted. This conversation brings together three perspectives - practice, policy, and participation - to explore the deeper questions shaping our food systems and our place within them. We speak about: * Reconnecting with land, food, and each other * Rethinking systems we’ve taken for granted * Rewilding, regeneration, and what these words really mean * Agency, voice, and becoming active participants in change * The role of storytelling, community, and small-scale action Rather than offering fixed answers, this episode opens space for reflection, curiosity, and new ways of seeing. A question to take with you: What are the tools you carry—and how might you use them? We’d love to hear your reflections and takeaways.
