My Exams are Over - Time to Enjoy!

This episode is for students whose exams have just got over. The earlier episodes where I had talked about how to prepare and how to organise yourself before the exam is over and now is the time to enjoy and take a break. This can be for any level of students. How to keep calm during exams

For students whether they are bright or medium, end of year means exam time! We know that this period can be nerve-racking and stressful experience. So it’s no surprise that exams induce anxiety. Exam anxiety can be a good thing like I have always said. But too much anxiety can become crippling by clouding our ability to think, process information, and find answers in our brains when that all-important exam is right there in front of us. Now as requested by one of the student in one of the recent sessions I had conducted, I am listing here as to how the student can build confidence and reduce exam stress and face the exam with a calm mind. The podcast is titled "How to keep calm during exams" and come out successful. Affirmations & its benefits

This podcast is AFFIRMATIONS & ITS BENEFITS. I am not restricting this podcast to the working people or home makers. I am extending this to students as well as I see them also part of this large group where it will help them to a very great extent. Affirmations are also useful when setting individual goals as well. Once you have identified the goals you'd like to achieve, affirmative statements can help you to keep yourself motivated in order to achieve them. The power of affirmations lies in repeating them to yourself regularly. It's useful to recite your affirmations several times a day. You may have it as pop on your computer or those affirmations as the lock screen display picture of your phone. You also need to repeat your affirmations as soon as you engage in the negative thought or behaviour that you want to overcome.
