Hello friend, welcome to the Self-love club! Today's training it a BIG one, and a very important one. As someone who started her journey a decade ago, and was so convinced I could/would only love myself when I reached a certain weight/size... this message I am sharing with you today is one I would have heard years ago. In this training I am going to be sharing reminders, practical tips and some encouragement to hopefully help you meet yourself where you are NOW, and staring loving this version of you!
