Often times we find ourselves holding a specific moment in our minds at 3AM, wishing it never happened and cringing at the sheer embarrassment. We continue to let it weigh down our minds, until we are paralysed and unable to think about anything else. Nobody Cares

We’ve all had our fair share of embarrassing moments which we continually look back on and cringe at. But the only reason we do this is because of how we believe we are being judged in other people’s perception. Once we realise that we are our biggest critics and that no one judges us the way we think they do, it’s like we are being let out of a cage. It is incredibly freeing. Sincerely, Arisha.
