This is a version of the Set Aside Prayer: God, today help me set aside everything I think I know about You, everything I think I know about myself, everything I think I know about others, and everything I think I know about my own recovery and growth so I may have an open mind and a new experience with all these things in every area of my life. Please help me see the truth.

Exhaustion - Dear God, please help me to rest, take breaks, meditate, exercise, prioritize and sleep more. Help me avoid the destructive trait of allowing myself to become overly tired; usually associated with work addiction as an excuse for not facing personal frustrations.  Help me today to practice turning over my personal frustrations and letting go. Help me practice acceptance, joy detachment and gratitude in all things especially my mistakes.  Help me feel and process my emotions with non judgemental self compassion. Teach me how to care for myself instead of neglecting myself.
