Hey everyone, we had the pleasure of speaking with Paracaidista founder, Adrian, during his trip around Southeast Asia to spread the word about his fantastic beer all the way from Mexico City. We got to hang with Adrian the night before at a table of great beer heads and greater beer guts from the robust Saigon scene and get to know him before the interview.
