Descripción

This is a story about belonging. About the experience of being left out. Of being excluded. Of feeling like you are not being chosen. A client came in with a recurring pattern in her friendships. Situations where she would feel excluded, replaced, or overlooked. But as we began the work, it became clear that this wasn’t about the friendships themselves. It was about something much deeper. Early experiences that shaped how she understood connection, worth, and belonging. Moments where she learned to adjust, to accommodate, and to try… in order to be chosen. This episode explores what happens when those patterns are seen clearly. Because when the need to be chosen begins to settle, your relationship with yourself changes. And from that place… your experience of others begins to shift naturally.

episode The Life She Never Chose artwork

The Life She Never Chose

There are people who spend so much of their lives carrying others that they slowly lose touch with themselves. In this episode of Shadow to Soul, I share the story of a woman who spent decades living according to responsibility, obligation, expectation, and the emotional needs of everyone around her. As we moved through regression therapy, childhood experiences revealed how emotional unpredictability, authority, approval, and fear shaped the beliefs and coping mechanisms that guided her entire life. Over time, she learned to adjust herself around other people’s expectations while losing connection with her own wants, instincts, and identity. As deeper layers emerged, a past life carrying the same emotional pattern revealed itself — a life shaped by obedience, sacrifice, emotional suppression, and survival. This episode explores how emotional conditioning forms identity, how people pleasing develops, and how patterns of self-sacrifice continue repeating until they are brought into awareness. Topics explored: • People pleasing • Emotional conditioning • Fear of authority • Self-worth • Regression therapy • Inner child healing • Emotional suppression • Past life regression • Identity and authenticity • Personal freedom and healing Follow Shadow to Soul for more real stories exploring emotional healing, awareness, regression therapy, and transformation.

episode The Fear of Getting It Wrong artwork

The Fear of Getting It Wrong

There are people who deeply want more from life while simultaneously feeling emotionally overwhelmed by the responsibility that comes with it. In this episode of Shadow to Soul, I share the story of a woman whose relationship with responsibility shaped her confidence, her business, her ability to trust herself, and the way she approached success. As we moved through regression therapy, childhood experiences revealed how emotional pressure, criticism, and unpredictability shaped the meanings she formed about herself from a very young age. Over time, responsibility became emotionally linked to pressure, self-doubt, and getting things wrong. This episode explores how thoughts, feelings, conclusions, and decisions formed during emotional experiences continue shaping adult behaviour, self-worth, decision making, and life patterns until they are brought into awareness. Topics explored: • Fear of responsibility • Self-doubt • Emotional overwhelm • Childhood conditioning • Regression therapy • Inner child healing • Fear of success • Coping mechanisms • Emotional imprinting • Personal growth and healing Follow Shadow to Soul for more real stories exploring emotional healing, awareness, regression therapy, and transformation

episode The Fear That Kept Her Silent Around Authority artwork

The Fear That Kept Her Silent Around Authority

In this episode of Shadow to Soul, I share the story of a woman whose fear of authority shaped how she moved through life. What began as fear around her boss revealed much deeper roots — childhood experiences of abandonment, emotional isolation, pressure, and the belief that she had to carry everything alone. As we moved through regression therapy, deeper layers emerged. Inner child experiences connected to a past life carrying the same emotional pattern of fear, withdrawal, and isolation. This episode explores how the thoughts, feelings, meanings, and decisions formed during emotional experiences can quietly shape behaviour, relationships, self-worth, and the realities we continue to create. Through understanding, awareness, and emotional release, her relationship with herself began to change — and from that place, her life began to shift. Topics explored: • Fear of authority • Emotional isolation • Childhood imprinting • Regression therapy • Inner child healing • Past life regression • Self-worth and boundaries • Emotional patterns and coping mechanisms Follow Shadow to Soul for more real stories exploring the deeper roots of human behaviour, healing, and transformation.

episode Why Do I Have To Handle Everything? artwork

Why Do I Have To Handle Everything?

This is a story about responsibility. The kind that forms early. The kind that becomes part of who you are without you realising it. A client came in feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, and unable to cope in the way she usually would. She had always been the one who held everything together. The one who managed, handled, and anticipated what could go wrong. But as we moved into the work, it became clear that this pattern didn’t begin in adulthood. It began much earlier. Moments in childhood where she learned to: carry her own pain, stay quiet, and take responsibility for what was never hers. Over time, those moments formed a belief: that she had to manage everything. that she had to carry everything. that she had to rely only on herself. This episode explores how those patterns form, how they show up in adult life, and what begins to change when they are seen clearly. Because when what you have been holding begins to release, your experience of life begins to shift.
