I’m thrilled to be back! It’s been nearly a year since I last recorded, and so much has changed in my life. This episode is a catch-up where I’ll talk about why I’ve been away, covering everything from dealing with a chronic illness and burnout to fatigue, unhealthy habits, spiritual experiences, and my personal feelings. I’m taking things one day at a time and can’t commit to a regular schedule due to my health, but I promise to stay consistent so you won’t miss me too much.
