Today we stop diminishing ourselves and dig into how staying quiet and avoiding our needs creates the perfect storm for the ego to shine. And that's not all, this storm can cause deep wounds that stand the test of time.  It was hard to give myself permission to share this story because I'm not 100% healed, but I need to step forward and use my voice because shame and guilt hold us all back from leaving the lives we want to lead.
