Descripción

Growth is often described as something exciting & empowering. A new chapter, a glow up, a fresh start. But there is a part of growth that feels much quieter than that. There is a phase where you no longer fully relate to your old life, your old patterns or even parts of yourself, while at the same time you are not fully rooted in who you are becoming yet. That space can feel unfamiliar, in between & at times lonely. In this episode, we talk about why that feeling is a natural part of growth. Your identity is shifting, your standards are changing & your life has not fully caught up yet. It is not a setback, it is a transition. Journal prompts 1. Where in my life do I feel out of place right now, & what might that be showing me about what I am outgrowing? 2. Which parts of my old identity feel hardest to let go of, & why do I still hold on to them? 3. What feels true for me right now, even if it does not make sense to anyone else yet? 4. What is my next step I can do today to move me closer to this? xx The Alice Ivy appSelf-leadership, synced to your cycle.Sign up to be the first to know the launch [here] [https://www.aliceivy.co/] Let’s Connect at Instagram [http://instagram.com/xoliviaivy] Business Enquires @ xoliviaivy@gmail.com [xoliviaivy@gmail.com]

episode 52. What you are looking for is…within artwork

52. What you are looking for is…within

In this episode, I talk about the difference between external success and internal fulfillment. What we’re often searching for externally… is actually an internal job. We dive into self-image, achievement addiction, emotional healing, identity shifts & why external success doesn’t always create internal peace. This episode is for anyone who has ever thought: “Once I achieve this, then I’ll finally feel okay.” Maybe what you are looking for has been within you all along. xx The Alice Ivy appSelf-leadership, synced to your cycle.Sign up to be the first to know [here [https://www.aliceivy.co/]] Let’s Connect at Instagram [http://instagram.com/xoliviaivy] Business Enquires @ xoliviaivy@gmail.com [xoliviaivy@gmail.com]

51. You don’t need to fix your life, you need to feel safe in it

We spend so much time trying to fix our lives: change things, improve things, become someone else. But what if the problem isn’t your life? In this episode, I’m exploring the idea that what we often think needs fixing… is actually a lack of safety in our body. Why trying to change your life from a place of stress and urgency doesn’t work, and what starts to shift when you focus on feeling safe instead. Because you don’t need to fix everything, you need to feel safe in it. xx The Alice Ivy appSelf-leadership, synced to your cycle.Sign up to be the first when it launch [here] [https://www.aliceivy.co/] Let’s Connect at Instagram [http://instagram.com/xoliviaivy] Cycle-Sync Calendar [here] [https://stan.store/syncxscale/p/cyclesync-calendar] Business Enquires @ xoliviaivy@gmail.com [xoliviaivy@gmail.com]

episode 50. Trauma: what actually helps you heal artwork

50. Trauma: what actually helps you heal

We hear the word trauma and think of something extreme, but some of the things that shape us the most are much quieter than that. And for me, this is the most interesting part…that you can go through things you don’t even recognize as trauma, but they still leave a trace in you. And at the same time, you can go through something really difficult… and over time, it no longer holds the same weight? Which means this: no matter what you’ve been through, you can change the way you relate to it. You can own your story, instead of being defined by it. In this episode, I’m sharing what I’ve started to understand about trauma: not as an expert, but through lived experience. What has actually helped me and how much can shift when you learn to meet yourself differently. Because trauma might be inevitable… but how you hold yourself through it changes everything. episode 49. Why you’re not going all in on your dreams artwork

49. Why you’re not going all in on your dreams

In this episode, we’re talking about the real reasons you might be holding yourself back from your own dreams. Not from a place of judgment, but from understanding. Because this isn’t about discipline. It’s about fear, identity, safety & what it actually means to choose a different life. Journal prompts: * What would “going all in” actually look like for you? Make it concrete. * Where are you still holding back? * What are you avoiding that you know matters? xx The Alice Ivy appSelf-leadership, synced to your cycle.Sign up to be first to know when we launch [here] [https://www.aliceivy.co/] Let’s Connect at Instagram [http://instagram.com/xoliviaivy] Business Enquires @ xoliviaivy@gmail.com [xoliviaivy@gmail.com]
