NOTE: This episode was recorded on April 15, 2026, prior to the IRONMAN Texas Championship held on April 18, 2026. In the days following this recording, we learned of the  tragic passing of Mara Flávia during the event. We extend our heartfelt condolences and prayers to her family, friends, and the entire IRONMAN community.
