Descripción

Where can you find meaning in a chaotic world that seems increasingly senseless. Religion, owning stuff, and social media don't make us feel better. They often make us feel worse. Does the push for religion in public buildings and schools really reflect a society that lacks standards and hope? Is it a political power play?  The constant barrage of messages designed to remind us of what we lack, just makes us want more, even if we have a good life. Perhaps our problem is that we are isolating ourselves - working from home, scrolling on our phones, living around people who believe exactly what we do. Meet more people. Put down the phone. Do a hobby with people you don't know. Put away the credit card.  Listen live at 11 AM, Mondays: www.ashevillefm.org [http://www.ashevillefm.org] and enjoy the tunes that fill the rest of our hour-long show -- or get the Asheville FM app.
