Okay so we\'ve done the thing. Reset our habits, adapted a healthy lifestyle, leaned into the higher version of ourselves, yadda yadda. BUT LORD HELP ME WHY IS IT BORING??! Join me as I figure that out in this episode and make peace with it

You\'re not enough, but you are (Friends edition)

This episode is about trying to find a new place in your friends\' lives and make peace with it; All the while wondering if these friendships will remain the same regardless of the person that you choose to become. This isn\'t about toxic friendships. In fact, they\'re about the good ones that at at times, still had you questioning the type of person you were around them (in a good ways and bad). I wonder if I\'ll be okay with God\'s plan. Even if I don\'t like it but I still know it\'s probably what\'s best for me. Join me as I question everything as I know it, yet again . Changing with the times/ Last man standing syndrome

This episode is about when you stopped to smell some flowers and realized your childhood park isn\'t the same anymore. It\'s about noticing the changes around you; the major ones, small and seemingly insignificant ones, the ones that wash over you so quickly and the ones that couldn\'t come soon enough. You didn\'t see it coming but to quote Taylor Swift, \"everything has changed\". Not debating if change is good or bad because I do think all change is invariably good but this episode is about dealing with what I\'d like to call \"last man standing syndrome\". We\'re all exactly where we need to be right now, and hopefully we reach better places, someday soon

Settling for half measures

This episode is about settling for half measures and being okay with bare minimum. It should be okay for us to recognize when to walk away, but i know it\'s hard as hell hopefully we figure it out though, someday soon
