Soul Led Legacy
EPISODE SYNOPSIS On this episode of the Soul Led Legacy Podcast, Lauren Eliz Love guides you through the foundational question every entrepreneur faces: “Who am I, and who do I help?” With honesty and depth, she shares her own journey of starting as a blogger, evolving into a multiple six-figure brand, and embracing the ever-changing identity of a soul-led entrepreneur. This episode is all about giving yourself permission to evolve publicly, lead from where you are, and recognize that your originality is your power WHAT YOU’LL HEAR IN THIS EPISODE * 🌿 Why knowing who you are and who you help is the real starting point for building a soul-led business. * 🌿 Lauren’s personal journey from early blogging days, to creating online courses, to building the Lauren of Love brand. * 🌿 The misconception that you need everything “perfect” before showing up — and why public evolution is necessary. * 🌿 How your business evolves alongside you, with examples of Lauren’s early programs (The Perfection Program, Broken to Beautiful) to her current signature offers (Wild Wealthy Feminine, HEAL, Body to Bank). * 🌿 The truth about niche: why it can feel limiting, and Lauren’s approach to the “Power of Three” — helping multiple versions of your past self. * 🌿 A reframing of leadership: it’s not about being at the top of the mountain, but walking beside others and guiding them through what you’ve already navigated. * 🌿 Encouragement to claim the evidence of what you’ve already overcome and to trust that you don’t need to be perfect to learn EPISODE HOMEWORK The "What Makes you YOU exercise" - Take a blank piece of paper and draw a heart in the middle. Around that page write down all the things that make you YOU. What do you love? What are you passionate about? What are your values and personality traits? Put it all on a piece of paper to see it. They will become the foundations of your message and identity in the online space. Because when you understand yourself, you know how to show up. Being embodied in yourself and inspiring others by documenting and expressing that is the best way to grow your mission. Then ask from there: "Who are all the old versions of me that I am helping?" And then step three: Ask thematically "What are the three types of people here that I see that i can show to get creative around serving in this lifetime." Because you can help them all. You don't have to choose. 💌 Three Journaling Exercises to Anchor Clarity 1. Who Am I? * Draw a heart in the center of a blank page. Write your name inside. * Surround it with words, qualities, passions, and values that make you you (hobbies, personality traits, spiritual practices, gifts). 2. Who Do I Help? * Reflect on the old versions of yourself you’ve already walked through. * Write out the different types of people you feel called to serve, remembering they may mirror your own past experiences. 3. The Power of Three * Identify three “buckets” of clients you feel called to help. (For Lauren, these included entrepreneurs, women healing chronic illness/mental health, and women on a spiritual quest for self-love.) * Let this exercise expand your clarity without forcing you to choose just one. ✨ Bonus Reflection: Ask yourself, What am I most excited to share and use my voice for right now?
