South Florida woman charged after drowning her dog

A South Florida woman is facing charges after video of her allegedly drowning her Chihuahua was shown to the Brevard Sheriff's Office. Two Okeechobee women were killed in a head-on collision on Martin County Highway on Aug. 18. The Okeechobee County School Board will review plans for the construction of a new Okeechobee High School next week.
