The Grief Round Table

In this episode, Loni Lamm sits down with two friends to discuss loss. Each of the women at the table have experienced a loss and they discuss what the grieving process has been like for them and how they've moved through their individual processes so far. A gentle reminder that this is a conversation between three friends, all at different stages of the grieving process.  As you listen, you will hear each of us allow ourselves to lean into the emotion of the other with raw empathy and compassion.  Because of this, you may feel your own heart respond, maybe out of empathy, or maybe out of familiarity. Getting Naked...
