Dr. Mohammad Mustafa | Wartime Doctor in Gaza

Today's guest is Dr. Mohammed Mustafa — known as Dr Mo — a British-Australian emergency physician, Palestinian refugee, and recipient of the 2025 Voltaire Human Rights Award. Over the past two years, Dr Mustafa has volunteered at hospitals in Khan Younis, Gaza, providing critical care amid severe resource shortages. His firsthand accounts shared on social media drew global attention, leading him to testify before international politicians. He is now leading efforts to establish a dedicated children's hospital in Gaza. It was also during his humanitarian work that he met his wife, Dr. Nour Dalloul, a Palestinian medic.
