Wassup everyone! Welcome to a fresh new episode. On this episode, I will discuss what what it means to be confidently lost in alone time. This to me is actually a superpower because you are taking time to be alone with yourself in the most loving way. In confidence, being alone means you can protect your peace and enjoy your solitude, being alone means that you are choosing your life, first; being alone brings you closer to clarity and understanding of who you are and what is it that you want for yourself in this life. Being confidently lost in my alone time has helped tremendously in my growth and I hope that this episode is one that you sit with alone in confidence so you can assess yourself properly and enjoy the essence of who you are fully becoming. As an individual we have the power to create our own rule book in life; a rule book that aligns with who we are, authentically. WE all have the power of CHOICE and through choice we can then make a conscious effort to create the change that we are wanting in our new rule book! Hey everyone! Welcome to a fresh new episode of Sum'MO Speaks. In this episode this week, I talk about the circles of individuals that you want around. With this month being November, I wanted to remind myself of all of the people in my life who I am grateful for. Individuals from family and friends who keep me grounded, love me, care for me, and are strongly supportive in who I am. These individuals have held me down this last month and I am grateful to have the loving circles that I can create and the individuals around me. Find your people who are going to keep you grounded, support you, guide you, love you, care for you like you do for yourself! They are out there waiting for you to reach them you just have to go and find them!  As always thank you all for the support and love that you give me.
