You Know Exactly Who You Are - Start Acting Like It

This is your reminder to stop holding yourself back. In this episode, I’m talking about what it really means to step out of the shadows, stop playing small, and stop letting fear and other people’s opinions dictate your life. You already know who you are on a deeper level — the question is, are you living in alignment with that? There will always be people who judge, criticise, or misunderstand you, no matter what you do. So you might as well choose yourself, back yourself, and start showing up as the person you know you’re capable of being. This is about letting go of limitations that were never truly yours, and recognising that you have the power to change, grow, and move your life in a different direction at any time.

episode They Were Never Going To Like You artwork

They Were Never Going To Like You

You can’t be everyone’s cup of tea… and at some point, you have to accept that. In this episode, I talk about people pleasing, trying to fit into spaces that don’t accept you, and how easy it is to lose yourself in the process. We spend so much time trying to be liked, understood, and accepted — even by people who have already decided who they think we are. The truth is, some people will never see you for who you truly are. Some will misunderstand you, talk about you, and create their own version of you — and there’s nothing you can do about it. This is a reminder to stop wasting your time and energy trying to prove yourself to the wrong people. Focus on yourself. Your growth. Your healing. And let people think whatever they want. 🤎
