In this episode, I’m diving into what I’m calling The Restless Season - the beginning of reinvention and the place where so many of us find ourselves when something inside us starts to shift. I share a little bit about my own experience with this and how I’ve started to see this feeling differently. Not as something to fix, but as something to actually pay attention to. I also talk about a few simple ways to move through this season without overthinking it, like: • paying attention to what gives you energy (and what drains it) • getting curious instead of going straight into “what’s wrong with me” mode • trying small new things just for the fun of it • giving yourself permission to change and evolve • creating a little space so you can actually hear yourself think If you’ve been feeling a little restless lately, you’re not alone.
