It’s time for a Non-European country! In this episode, Susan gives insights into Mexico’s need of a systemic change to meet sustainability goals, both on a governmental and societal level. She claims that certain technologies are not universal and need to be adapted to the societies needs. Her work experience in the environmental agency in Guadalajara made her realize that searching for technological solutions to mitigate climate change has to go together with science communication and governmental changes. However, in Susan’s opinion, the gap between Mexican and Dutch thinking about sustainability seems not too big. Sustainability in Italy - with Andrea
