Airline processes have been built on a patchwork of different systems. The move to OOSD offers an opportunity to consolidate and rationalise systems and processes. In particular there should be common product catalogues, pricing systems and offer generation across all channels. What sort of savings will this generate and how can they be achieved?

Airline online customer experience has lagged behind other industries, partly because of restrictions inherent in traditional artefacts including PNRs and tickets. OOSD has the potential to take the brakes off innovation in customer experience. What sort of transformation can we expect in the next few years?

In a wide-ranging conversation Alex Zoghlin, CEO of ATPCO, joins the T2RL team to consider the transition to OOSD. Do we have necessary and sufficient standards in place? Will truly modular solutions be feasible or will the convenience of a one-stop shop come to dominate? Can airlines start to gain value from the first steps on the road rather than waiting for some future promised land? ATPCO has opinions on these and many other questions.

With the publication of T2RL's annual report on the market for Revenue Management and Dynamic Pricing systems, Dieter Westerman and Rasih Ustun talk to Ian Tunnacliffe about where RM fits in the world of OOSD, the growing importance of AI capabilities and the possible pitfalls of Willingness to Pay modelling.

The business case for Offer-Order-Settle-Deliver depends on enhancing airline revenues. Some of that will come from the introduction and expansion of dynamic pricing but what are the other opportunities? Hear Justin Jander, Director Product Management, PROS in conversation with Rasih Ustun, Jerry Foran and Ian Tunnacliffe, T2RL as they set the stage for one of the key themes of the conference in 2025, 22 - 24 September, London, enhancing revenue.
