Darrick White joins me for Episode 36 and brought some high vibing heat! We talked about what it means not only to be a man but a masculine man. Men need to step up and take the lead to rise up with women. We dive right into the topic of SEX, in a non traditional view, that I believe can solve a lot of problems with dating, marriage and romance. Darrick helps coach men with creating successful relationships in love, self and business. There are a lot of takeaways from this conversation that I can apply to my own life and I appreciate Darrick taking the time to share his life experiences on this episode of the podcast. I learn so much about myself and get helpful insights from the guests I have on this podcast. Grab a beverage of your choice and enjoy the show.

Rick Burnham joins me for Episode 35. Rick is a friend I met a few years ago when I was going through a tough time. He helped me get back on my feet and that act of kindness has helped me get to where I am today. I have crossed paths with a lot of people like Rick throughout my life that have lended a helping hand and pulled me out of a hole I was stuck in. On this episode Rick shares his journey of being a successful small business owner and being educated from the school of hard knocks. He shares the importance of thinking outside of the box and solving problems. It’s easy to play the victim in today’s world and come up with excuses or look for the easy road. However, success isn’t a result of that. Success is a result of showing up and doing the work. It was fun shooting the shit and catching up with my old friend. Grab a beverage of your choice and enjoy the show.

Shay Burr joins me for Episode 34. Shay is a single mom of 2 boys. She is a hairstylist and a photographer that is looking for opportunities to help people with challenges she is overcoming in life. As I began podcasting we connected on social media and I invited her not only to be a guest on the podcast but on Saturday night she accepted the cold tub challenge, a new Saturday night ritual. She soaked for 3 minutes in 34 degree water. The saying, “the vibe attracts the tribe”, is true. On this episode we have a good conversation about our history with social anxiety, the challenges of finding community being single after leaving religion and abusing alcohol to cope with it all. We are both are learning that being open, transparent and following intuition is what leads us to living a happier life. Grab a beverage of your choice and enjoy the show.

Emil Harker joins me for Episode 33. Emil is a licensed marriage family therapist. He is the author of a book titled, “You can Turn Conflict into Closeness, 7 Communication Skills of Successful Marriages.” This episode was the result of his response to a Valentines Dat post I made on social media... “Cool post about valentines day and your daughters. The disney dream is killing couples left and right!!” This was a good conversation about how we are not instructed on how to communicate and the inability to communicate becomes a root cause for an unsuccessful marriage. We talk about ways to learn how to communicate and not fall victim to our situations or circumstances in life. At the end of the conversation he gives some good dating advice for the single people like myself. This was another fun episode with a lot of good food for thought and the soul. Jo Bright joins me for Episode 32. In October I listened to a podcast she recorded with my friend Mckayla titled “Aliens and the Global Shift.” A couple of subjects that I find curious and interesting. Jo also has a podcast titled “Grow with Jo” and I can relate to her life experiences in several ways. Like Jo, I have experienced my own dark night of the soul, feeling crippled mentally, physically, and spiritually. We had a good conversation about overcoming the dark night night of the soul and rising up from hitting rock bottom. We discuss religion, #75HARD, and being religious with routines. We both agree that structure equals freedom and that commitment to being disciplined equal happinesses. When we look inwardly and get out of our comfort zone we become in alignment with our true selves, allowing life to happen for us. This was a fun conversation. A lot of good food for thought and the soul. Grab a beverage of your choice and enjoy the show. https://xojobright.wordpress.com/ [https://xojobright.wordpress.com/] Instagram @xojobright
