episode My Art Journey artwork

My Art Journey

In this episode, I share my journey of unleashing the profound connection between energy, love, pain, and art, moving from abstraction to real, energy driven creations shaped through psychic insight and soulful truth. For me, art becomes a reflection of my inner essence and a channel beyond the five senses, expressing what words cannot. I was born and raised in India in a deeply spiritual family, where drawing, sketching, and painting came naturally to me from an early age, and while continuing to explore art through self learning, I also pursued academics and completed my master’s degree in philosophy before moving to the United States in 2009 to formally study art at the National Academy Museum and School in New York City. From being a shy young girl who loved to draw to becoming a recognized professional artist, my path has been shaped by intuition, love, and energy, along with moments of rejection, persistence, and a shift from creating through pain to creating through love, all while bridging the metaphysical with the visual. Since 2011, I have exhibited my work in galleries and international exhibitions, including having two of my artworks selected for solo display in an international show in Times Square, New York. In 2015, I was granted permanent residence in the United States under the category of artist of extraordinary ability, followed by becoming a juried member of the National Association of Women Artists, Inc. in 2020, and being elected President of the National League of American Pen Women, DC Branch for the term 2023 to 2026. This conversation is an invitation to experience art beyond words, to connect more deeply with what you feel, and a reminder that when words fall short, energy speaks.
