Joyce Young was born and raised in the community of Glenburnie-Birchy Head-Shoal Brook, Newfoundland and Labrador.   She's still here, building community and making some of the most beautiful crafts around.   Listen in to hear about the history of Newfoundland quilting, the importance of crafting with friends and community members, and building skating rinks right on a frozen fjord.   Hosted by Olivia Ball. Hayward Osmond grew up in Silver Point, Newfoundland and Labrador. His family have a long history in the region, with his oldest uncle having been born here in the 1870's.
