In this episode, I discuss the benefits and drawbacks to Ramadan and muscle mass gains. Personally, I don't focus on gaining muscle during Ramadan but rather maintaining what I already have. Put simply, this time of the year should be deemed one to rest and get close to god and family members. Remember to break fast then work out, not before as the energy levels will be very low.
