Episode 20: New Season New You
Hi Friends! Let’s chat and catch up a bit on life and what season you’re in right now. Is it different from last year? Because same. Nothing is the same in my life from last year to this year, AND THAT’S OKAY! Actually that’s probably how it should be. Why would you want to stay the same? It’s okay for us to grow and learn, and that evolving means our bodies might also grow and look different as well.
Episode 19: Phases of Purpose
Ever been in a phase where you don’t feel like you have a purpose? Maybe you’re just going through the ropes of daily life, not super passionate about anything? THAT’S OKAY! Sometimes we have those phases of life to refocus and reprioritize what fills our ‘bucket’ the most.
Episode 18: Look for Growth
Lesson #2 for me from this past year was changing my perspective to growth rather than comfortability. The more I sat in the fear and uncomfy spaces, the less fearful I was. When we change our perspective, it becomes our reality.
Episode 17: Self Love
Self love looks different to each individual depending on their needs and circumstances. My hope is that we all continue to learn about, appreciate, and enjoy the space that we each take up as individuals. Be proud of who you are and what you bring to this world.
