Episode 38: March Madness Recap

The NCAA Tournament has come and gone, but Matt and Christian are back one again to discuss both Michigan and UCLA's National Championship runs. They go on a larger discussion about the Final Four as a whole and if this tournament can be considered great, before talking about North Carolina hiring Michael Malone as their next basketball coach. To finish the episode, they discuss the end of the NBA season, the terrible weak the Lakers had, which teams are the favorites going into the playoffs, and what the NBA can go to fix the tanking issues. Episode 37: March Madness Weekend 1 Recap

The Boys Are Back! It has been just under a year since the last episode, but Matt and Christian are back to discuss the first weekend of the NCAA Tournament. They break down all of the regions, talk storylines, and preview the Sweet 16 and potential Elite 8 matchups going into Week 2 of the NCAA Tournament. Before that, they briefly discuss Hubert Davis' firing from UNC and Randy Bennett leaving Saint Mary's to be the coach at Arizona State. Episode 36: NBA Playoffs Preview and College Basketball Recap

Matt, Ryan, and Christian are back for some great hoops talk. To start, they discuss Houston's collapse in the National Title game before talking about UCONN's dominance on the Women's side. The final 2 weeks of the NBA season was crazy with numerous firings and insane endings, the fellas discuss all of this before ending with previewing the Play-In Tourney and the 4 playoff series that are already set. What a few weeks of madness it has been, or actually it has been quite tame. No matter what it has been, we have reached the end and Matt and Christian are here to break down how each of the teams got to the Final 4. They talk about each of the Elite 8 games, and then preview Auburn vs. Florida and Duke vs. Houston. To end the boys do a draft of some of the best Final 4/National Championship game moments before ending with talking about some recent runs to the Final 4 and if they still stand the test of time. The Madness came back and it kind of sucked. Matt, Ryan, and Christian discuss the potential reasons for why the tournament sucked this past weekend and why it might never be the same. St John's had a very disappointing tournament and Rick Pitinio made an interesting decision against Arkansas, which has the fellas talking about as a failure on his part. Then they get into the Sweet 16 and which teams should be looked at as the favorites to be in San Antonio this time next week, before ending with a discussion about the transfer portal already being open and the state of NIL in College Basketball.
