Checking In

It's been a while since I last spoke to you. Making sure I practise what I preach, I have been on a much needed sabbatical for a vocal rest. I'm slowly getting back to a hundred percent but I could not wait to come on and say 'Hi' and find out how you were doing. So a quick hello from me with an update. Happy listening.

Creating that balance in Life

Having previously discussed about changing our perspective on how we view work integrated with life - we can now see how we can look to create a balance with various tips and advice. In doing so, we can then ensure that the melody of our life is never monotonous, strenuous and definitely never distorted. Some of these may be applicable to you, while some may give rise to your own new ways of creating that harmony. Whatever the method, it begins when you make a start. Happy listening.

Work Life Balance

We've all heard about how people try hard to maintain a work life balance. In this episode, I address this phenomenon, by first attempting to change the way we perceive our Life. The initial step to making an effort for balance is to understand what needs balancing. If we go about it the wrong way, our endeavours would all just be in vain. But by changing the perception of our life, we are halfway there with modifying some aspects to truly achieve the balance we need. It's not how much we do but how we go about doing it, that matters.
