The Better Blueprint.
Jack Clarke is a gym owner, entrepreneur and activist. Besides climbing Mount Everest on a stairmaster and running his own gym, Jack's mission is to radically modernise the education system in the UK. He believes that amongst a mental health crisis, schools in the United Kingdom are not utilising functional fitness as a means to develop key social, practical and intellectual skills in young people. With less emphasis on excluding popularity contests in P.E, and more of a focus on the inclusive and supportive practices that functional fitness education can provide, Jack believes we would see a huge net positive on a societal scale. In this episode we dive into Jack's blueprint for: - Preserving balance in a busy lifestyle - Mental health management for young people - Optimising our output in collaborative endeavours - How to work hard AND smart - Going 10 hours + on a stairmaster whilst needing to use the loo And everything in between. I hope you enjoy this one, I certainly did. ---------------------------------------- Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy [https://acast.com/privacy] for more information.
