The Only way to save both civilizations is for them to revert back to a moral dimension of governance. This means that sovereignty belongs to God and God alone. Soverignity does not belong to the secular state. Muslim civilization needs to revert back to its Sharia governance which was a synthesis of law and morality, and God was condidered the sovereign.
