The 11th annual pancake race was Hinckley BID's first event of 2022, one of many pulling shoppers and visitors into their town centre. More than 140 people took part, including 20 people living with disabilities. Steve Wegerif runs the BID, and joins us in this episode.

Turning business food waste into vegetables in Bournemouth
