He was the primary author of “Our Human Community” and served as a counselor, administrator, and advocate in the community behavioral health system for over forty years. He currently serves on the boards of North Central State College, Academy on Violence and Abuse and the National Association for Rights, Protection and Advocacy. Tessa Bianchi is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and works at The Ohio State University Mansfield assisting students, faculty and staff! Listen in as Kayla chats with Sam Slimmer, a current Ohio State student that began his Buckeye journey on the Mansfield Campus. While he is currently at the Columbus Campus finishing his education, he and two of his mentors, are putting the Perfect Prospect Program into action to help other Ohio State students!  Our two panelists in addition to Sam Slimmer on the last portion of the podcast: Mr Alec Papesch is an Associate of Originations for White Oak and is responsible for originating and executing new investment opportunities for White Oak’s private debt funds. Prior to joining White Oak in 2018, Mr. Papesch served in a number of credit roles at First National Bank of PA, assisting in the underwriting, syndication, and management of asset-based credit facilities to middle-market companies. Mr. Papesch graduated magna cum laude from New York University with a B.S. in Business Management and Finance. Patrice D’Eramo is recognized as an inspiring Information Technology Sales and Marketing leader who analyzes complex business challenges, creates and drives innovative solutions, while delivering impactful results.  At Cisco, she was VP of Americas Marketing and Communications organization, which comprises the US, Canada, and Latin America.  She led a 200+ person team responsible for strategic marketing and communications for a $29 billion business focusing on delivering personalized, real-time compelling customer experiences.   Previously at Cisco, Patrice served as Sr. Director of Marketing for Cisco’s $5 billion U.S. public sector business. Prior to Cisco, she was Director of U.S. federal and public sector marketing and a sales account executive, at Hewlett Packard always preforming on the top sales teams. Patrice also, held sales and management positions at Entex Information Services.  She has a passion for making a difference in her community and has received many leadership & community awards.  She focuses her time mentoring and sponsoring professionals, is an advocate of mental & physical well-being, focuses on addressing food insecurity and spending time with our American veterans and seniors.  Patrice has earned a bachelor’s degree at Clarion University and business certifications at Northwestern University, Harvard Business School and INSEAD.
